Delivery times and costs

  1. The delivery time of the purchased goods to the Customer is a maximum of 2 to 3 business days, unless a different date is specified in the description of the product or when placing the order. The deadline is calculated from the moment the payment is credited to the Waran store account. In special cases, if the order completion time would exceed 3 days, the Waran store contacts the customer and provides the reasons for the delay in order processing.
  2. The cost of shipping the goods purchased in the Waran store is covered by the Buyer. This cost depends on the selected delivery method and the weight and size of the shipment; it is calculated by an automatic shipment program.
  3. It is also possible to collect the purchased work of art at the Waran company headquarters during its opening hours.
