Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a so-called privileged buyer, i.e.:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the contract you have concluded with us is directly related to your business activity, but is not of a professional nature for you
- in principle, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to us, e.g. via e-mail sent to the following address: sklep@waran-regaly.pl.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins from the moment you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier take possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract covering many goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from the moment you take possession of the last goods, batch or part.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before it expires.
Return the goods to us immediately to the following address: 35-107 Rzeszów, ul. Energetyczna 5, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.
We will return the payments you made immediately on the terms specified in the Store Regulations, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves - we may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return - depending on which event occurs first.
Remember that you do not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance in relation to, among others, the contract:
- where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to your specification or intended to meet your individual needs;
- where the subject of the service is a product that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life;
- where the subject of the service is a product delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons if the package was opened after delivery;
- where the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints
The following content applies to the so-called privileged buyer. If you are not one, please refer to our Store Regulations for detailed information on complaints.
In the event that we do not properly fulfil the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint within 7 days of the date of delivery of the order - preferably to the e-mail address: sklep@waran-regaly.pl or by post to the address 35-107 Rzeszów, ul. Energetyczna 5.
As a rule, we are liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, existing at the time of its delivery and revealed within two years from that moment.
Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation you can demand:
a) replacement of the goods
or
b) repair of the goods.
In some cases you can also:
a) withdraw from the contract
or
b) submit a declaration of a price reduction
